Stone is going to transfer and Virginia is on his. He’s got some tie to Virginia, i dont recall exactly but it’s a personal connection

Yep Lindell was the backup here under Armstrong, started some games for us in 2020 when he went down.
We offered Preston out of HS but it didn’t really go anywhere, he was a top 150 4 star player with offers from most of the blue bloods and it was a bit of a shock that SMU was able to keep him close to home.
It’ll be interesting to see who all is in for him assuming he does portal. He was great for SMU last year, put up big numbers in the AAC but then looked really bad to start out this year which eventually led to Jennings taking over. So it could genuinely be anywhere from the G5 to P5 level.

Our OL is a QB health hazard. But we shouldn’t be surprised given the recruiting. I still think we should go buy the entire OL from the national champ FCS team.
