🏀 Virginia vs Tennessee @ Nassau, Bahamas, L, 64-42, 3-1 (0-0 ACC), Thursday, 21 November 2024, 2130, CBS

Thankfully there isn’t video or social media evidence but I MAY have partaken in a blunt or two in the early 90’s, with “Everyday People” playing in the background.

Louisville has literally no inside game. That Waterman kid who’s like on his 4th school just wants to shoot 3’s.

So far I have absolutely zero complaints with Ron. He’s managed this team exactly the way I want him to.

Wish we had Warley for this one

Whoa, don’t read LRA linearly! :joy:

That’s Warley, not Bliss. Otz and Warley package deal?

Could be a Lou Whitaker all-star game situation. Shout out to anyone who knows that reference

Someone no show and Lou got called in last minute so he had to wear Tim Raines jersey for the game?

Basically, he forgot his uni at home and had to wear a jersey from the store at the game:

Yeah I watched the first half of the Tennessee Louisville game earlier… him and Pryor offered zero size or resistance in the paint, literally just on the floor looking to get outside shots up.

They beat the heck out of Louisville but the cards were also extremely disjointed. From what I could tell Tennessee plays a very aggressive defense. Lots of quick hands and jumping passing lanes. Guards love to swarm on forwards with the ball. Fairly physical too but didn’t think that was as big of a concern as the hounding.

Lanier is a bucket and Ziegler is very good. Z didn’t have to play with the ball in his hands, Mashack initiated a lot of the offense. Lanier was just looking to score from anywhere, lots of mid range jumpers. Might be a tough cover for iMac no matter who he guards…

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Dai Dai and Rohde both start if healthy. As long as atleast one can knock down a shot or 2 they aren’t bad together.

Also not surprising. Sounds like we won’t see him this year and anything otherwise will be a pleasant surprise.

Such a bummer too. Would have a clear role on this team.
