I don’t see us winning but I am cautiously optimistic we look better. I can live with a close loss as long as this team continues to improve. Unfortunately the record could get ugly with two really tough games immediately following. 2-3 would be tough for morale but I’m going to really try to practice patience with this group.

Villanova has two more games under its belt and their backs are against the wall. It’s going to be tough to win

Based on box scores and broadcasts, we have yet to get it together against P5 caliber teams, and only got it together for about 30 minutes vs the two cupcakes.

Hard to be too confident, based on that, but Nova has looked very beatable, too, so let’s see.

Stealing this from Dave at the Cavs Corner podcast, but “grandparent energy” is most appropriate this year. Just be happy to watch them.
