Have to get a score on this drive. Hate that we’ve come out looking underprepared, this is the one game every year where there’s no excuse for that to happen.

True freshman QB starting against a team we’ve beaten once since I graduated (2005). Record of 1-17 since they joined the ACC.

Very underwhelming start. We’ve talked before about the positive signs the past couple of weeks from this team and coaching staff, and a lot of that is absolutely warranted. But I can tell you with certainty that a large amount of the goodwill built up with this fanbase will be immediately lost if we get blown out by this mid ass VT team.
Still plenty of time to turn this around though.
