Hoos open 17.5pt favorite. 3rd time this yr as a double digit favorite.
Vegas was unimpressed by WSU showing last week.
WSU football team headed back to Pullman immediately after the loss on Saturday and will be facing another long trip East on Thursday

Yeah, that seems like a very exaggerated point margin. If I were a betting man and if I weren’t such a homer, I’d probably put some money on the road dog to beat the spread.

What’s everyone’s worry meter looking like for this game? On the one hand WSU took Miss to the wire and isn’t as bad as we suspected, but on the other hand they now have our attention, we’ve been good out of Bye’s under TE, and our OL should be healthier.
I’m a UVA fan so always nervous but have no clue how we actually match up. Ideally we can get back to running the ball right down teams throats and I think we will

I don’t think WSU is any better than Stanford which was a similar line. I think it’s possible we win this game in the first half but also possible we need a good third quarter to ice it like the Stanford game. I’ll be mildly concerned about the rest of the season if the offense is still in a funk like the Louisville game. Would make me think we’ve been effectively scouted rather than just having a lot of OL injuries

Their new QB can sling it a little from the tape I’ve watched. He’ll put up some yards against us I’m sure but their run game is the worst of any P4 team we’ve played. And their defense looks to be really bad too

With three of our traditional recruiting rivals either changing coaches (PSU, VT) or in free fall (UNC) I’m very much hoping we can clean up with decommits and transfers from those programs.
