Speaking of Pitino, looks like he recruited Pasha to Iona, and Pasha decomitted when Rick went to SJU. And then headed to Delaware. Pasha is really intriguing. Very athletic (meaning, explosive to the rim / in the lane). Decent vision but turnover prone. Not yet a shooter. Looks nice for a Frosh. I wonder if Pitino takes a second bite… He’s probably still a year or two away, so maybe not.
Might be too samey samey with Gertrude and/or Jennings.

I want some players with some spunk too. We’ve had very “Tony” guys in terms of not showing emotion - to the point that we looked dead behind the eyes a bunch of times. I liked when I saw Rohde and Daidai showing some life occasionally this year, but we need some Kyle & Ty swagger again.

Prob in the too good to be true category, at least as far as landing two of our initial targets, but man I’d be fired the hell up if we could lock down Davidson and the Troy kid, along with Jennings/Bamgboye. Would have us well on our way

Not disappointed. I fully expect him to end up at NC State or Duke if the St Johns/BYU year long tampering doesn’t work out for them.
The moment NC State hired Will Wade I thought “well there goes Demary”

Both Longwood and VCU were recruiting him. Mentioned in the old thread but Aldrich and Odom’s staff both already followed him before they came to UVA
