Speaking of Dawn, I wanted nothing more than for her to come and write her own redemption story for UVA women’s basketball. She came so close. It broke my heart for those ladies!

Last year, I thought we should have utilized Casey, Coleman, and Kihei together to trap, press, and heat the ball up at times, which would could really demoralize a team coupled with our stifling pack-line.

Even if there were any questions remaining with her coaching then, We knew she could recruit and she was a proven leader of women. I believe she would even be a better recruiter at UVA.

She know’s UVA’s strengths and weaknesses as a woman of color. She can be real and transparent with UVA’s academics, tradition, her legacy, ACC, men’s program, Williams, etc. Duke, Stanford, Notre Dame all women’s program’s that were led my female coaches with strong academics.

Tugard, I appreciate your contribution but if I or anybody else wants to bring up a point in different conversations then the rest of us should be able to without you being condescending. Besides that the context may be different for each discussion. So I appreciate you allowing me to make my point or statement as we have all seen you get really sensitive when others make their counterpoints to your points.

Tu is a good guy and I agree with the point you are making. Tu usually catches it pretty hard due to providing his opinion or information that may not be popular. If there isn’t a freedom to share opinions, the conversations and content slow down or stop, which leads to disinterest. Keep posting! I wish Tu would post more. I appreciate his info also.

Hello Chief, thank you for the support. What we’re both saying- the board should be a place where we can kick around ideas, and often re-kick around based on new knowledge, progress, and news about the team. Especially because NEW people may also be joining the board, or if existing people may have missed Earlier threads and discussions which address similar topics.
But like I said I look forward to new information that does leak out🙂

So do I but there is a message board mafia that is out to seek and destroy whoever they disagree with which kills this board for hours on end and sometimes days of open dialogue. We don’t have to agree, just respect each other.

It sounds like the Mohegan Sun game with Florida may be a MTE, plus maintaining the Nova game and Big Ten matchup. I think limitation on total games is 25-27. Would imagine it’s locked in over the next few weeks, no?
