Oh DO tell!
Charlottesville is bubbling over with Beekman news!! ![]()
I want to see him playing a lot, BUT that would also mean less Kihei who is our most stable guy, or if they play together then it would be much less playing time for one of our talented 2-3 guards…
Who’s your top 5 PGs in Uva history?
Doug Smith!
hahahahaha. Dont tell Cory!
I think a little less Kihei might be helpful for him (more rest) and our defense (against tall, strong point guards that occasionally gave him trouble). Of course, the question is does Reece have the strength yet to handle the big PGs and does the rest of his game merit 5 more minutes of him and 5 less of a possibly tired Kihei?
Ty Jerome, Sean Singletary, John Crotty, London Perrantes, and Cory Alexander. Not in that order, however.
To me Cory was tops. I remember, waiting on some 800 number, Bob Gibbons maybe, to find out if he picked us.
Lol honestly I’m really complaining about all of the riches we have ![]()
It is a new era! It will be difficult to keep everyone happy in the transfer happy, instant gratification, social media society with advisers in their ears.
Like this list a lot. I gotta put Harold in there. Cory really was a perfect PG and think about who he faced every night. Bobby, Sam Cassel, Charlie Ward, Travis Best. on and on Same for Crott
I would add Harold. I can’t believe that I forgot him.
I would need a top 6. I would have difficulty dropping someone.
Agree on having 6 as well. London had a GREAT 4 year career and meant everything to those teams. if I had to choose though you know who I am picking ha
Your thinking seems to be in line with mine. I started to offer London up for sacrifice but he arguably had the most impact to his team and program.
yessir. and cant argue that and the legacy he left for Ty etc
Now the best shooting guard was Tammi! Sorry Kyle, Curtis, Jeff, etc. Her hair won me over!

Speaking of Jeff Jones and Othell both great PGs as well. Tammi for sure. and Dawn the GOAT
Dawn is GOAT, no matter men’s or women’s. Sorry fellas! Othell and Jeff were definitely up there and may have meant more to their respective teams than some others, arguably.
