Gasol’s that ones pretty easy. Esp if you look at the way Marc is built. Always carried around a big frame that was not developed.
The example was the other brother though in his early days. funny thing is Pau became known as a workout freak later in his LA days
Yeah I just had a mental block and couldn’t think of them. I was thinking more European in a Croatian sense, and ignored the fact that Spain is a part of the Europe lol.
Bennett critiques guys, especially less experienced ones, all the time about needing to be continuous. This is just Coach Curtis’ extension of that. The physical development is an obvious target but powering through fatigue to maintain effectiveness is key also. All athletes can improve on that, even the high-motor guys.
This is what I love to see
Both of their motions are looking more compact and quick
This. Some more of this. And then some more of this.
Told yall Reece didnt have mechanics problem. Rotation is perfect
Release looks much higher to me than last year. Not pushing it from his chest anymore, even though it looks like he still starts his motion a little low.

Man now I’m trying to guess who the European player with a tall brother who still plays is…Anybody have any guesses?

Gasol Brothers
Its because in this drill he isnt thinking about shooting it. The drill makes him free up and let go. His mechanics are fine
The shot doctor in the house,
Are we going to overanalyze a 30 second clip today?
Absolutely. What are we thinking here? Reece 33% from 3, Kihei 35%? Might be asking too much there but also may be reasonable?
From these four shots Reece yes Kihei no. If it translates to games what we see here
Is it premature to call them the Splash Brothers?
Anyone know what the robot voice is talking about in the video? For Kihei it says “49” then “47” and for Reece it says “50” then “47”
I thought it might’ve been counting the number of shots made by each player but it goes down and not by 1s. Is it scoring their performance on each of the attempts out of 50?
Arc of shot
CTB has a testimonial video…
It’s how far off they are on each shot from the Noah system.
I’m no biblical scholar but I’m pretty sure Noah’s system was strictly by two’s
When I was in JPJ I understood it as each shots arc. Supposedly 45 is ideal… weird cause when i shot it Noah just said “perfect” and offered no numbers
