Per news reports, “On Saturday, Alabama had announced before its game against LSU that Miles would miss the rest of the season with an ankle injury. His bio has been removed from the athletic department website and the university’s statement said he ’has been removed from campus.’”
Nowhere near enough details but the alleged story right now is Miles and someone else came across someone who they were at odds with along with a woman this person brought. This person they came across may have fired first at them and then one of the two fired back but missed and hit the woman the other man brought with him.
As to who shoot first, and which of the two (Darius or his acquaintance) was the shooter i dont know and both are important details.
But the most important detail is that regardless of any of this a woman lost her life for one of the most senseless reasons possible.

Completely agree.
5 stars are guys the ratings sites project to have a good probability to be 1st round picks, usually as soon as they’re eligible. If a 5 star is still in college for a 5th season, something went very wrong somewhere. It does happen for sure, but definitely the exception rather than the rule.
Tony Bennett does love to redshirt guys, but there’s no way he would weigh an almost certainly non-existent 5th year over even a minimal 1st year contribution.

Interesting paragraph from news reports. “ In a video posted by AL.com, an emotional Miles can be heard saying, “I swear … I love you more than you imagine” to someone as he is escorted into a law enforcement vehicle.”
I won’t comment on the potential speculative inferences from that video.

Kaufman may be available after the season. Kid looks miserable. He’s not a wing though, reminds me of Gill inside the times I’ve seen him. Outside shot is okay, not great.
What did you think of the initial screen Edey set? I thought they could have called offensive, he was moving. The second set caught the MSU kid.
