You think anything’s changed since he gave the top 6 interview? I just can’t imagine that he gives an interview where he doesn’t mention UNC and then picks them a couple of weeks later. I could imagine that he picks them but I feel like it would be months down the line.

He included UNC as a respectful nod. If you’re a Carolina kid, wouldn’t you? The reason NC State was mentioned in that interview and not UNC is because they’re still recruiting him, UNC likely isn’t. Nothing has changed

That certainly makes the most sense. I’ve seen some crazy stuff in recruiting but it is what it is! Excited for his decision!

Poca was back in action tonight and picked up a pretty easy win against Scott. By my count, McKneely was 8-14 overall, 3-8 from three, and 3-5 from the line for 22 points. Poca was up by double digits for most of the game.

And just caught up with Grand Island’s games against Norfolk and Lincoln Southwest over the past couple days.
Traudt had a really rough day in his team’s big win against Norfolk, going 2-8 overall, 1-5 from three, and 1-2 from the line by my count for a total of 6 points. Norfolk didn’t have anybody nearly big enough to guard him, but if he got within 8 feet of the basket, they were generally bracketing him on either side with defenders and draping themselves all over him. He never got comfortable and after starting 0-5 seemed to fall back into a facilitator role. Didn’t play most of the fourth quarter because they were blowing out the other team.
Seems like he bounced back with 27 points in the next day’s game against Lincoln Southwest, but Grand Island lost. Haven’t been able to find the footage yet, so no idea what his shooting splits were.

I never am paying attention when they’re actually playing. It’s definitely possible they may be streaming. I usually search YouTube for games uploaded recently after the fact. I don’t know why some are uploaded and some aren’t. And sometimes it takes a few days for them to get uploaded.

Probably Loyola Chicago bound unless someone new. They were his 2nd school. Hasn’t done a whole lot at Sunrise Christian but shows some flashes.
I would take the Virginia mention with a whole shaker of salt but if spring chaos hits and he’s still around crazier things have happened.
