Just the 3 coordinators are part of his old crew. Otherwise giving lots of younger guys their first shot at FBS level coaching.

Which makes sense for the NM job. Not many with successful experience taking that job
Side note: Has Bronco found the college football loophole? Take the crapiest job out there. Ifnyou have moderate success reup for a big deal and cruise. If you fail still get paid and no ones mad cause the team always stunk
