VT has a 4th and 10 that if they don’t convert will be the game. They put in Drones their backup QB for this drive and he’s made some plays but also missed some throws.

One of my biggest football pet peeves just happened in the Oregon-Texas Tech game.
Texas Tech is down 1 point with the ball, 45 seconds left and one timeout. Oregon DLineman picks the ball off, but instead of going down and all but ending the game he runs it back for a pick six. Now Texas Tech gets a chance to go down and send this to OT with a score and two point conversion.
Happened in the UNC-App State game last year too when UNC returned the onside kick for a TD. Hard to have awareness when you’re in those situations and see nothing but open field, but still.

“Aiding the runner” was just called in the WSU v Wis game. Ive never actually seen that called.

Don’t know what the college rule is, but the NFL allows pushing the ball carrier forward, but pulling is a penalty.

I had been wondering if Ronnie Walker found a place to play. Looks like he’s at FCS Utah Tech as their lead RB. Not sure how much running he’ll do if they keep losing by huge scores though.

The ACC so far is 4-1 against the SEC. That includes 2 blowouts against LSU and Texas A&M

And Miami looking legit against Texas A&M is great for the conference. ESPN does periodic look ins at the performance of the ACC and can make pay out adjustments. We just need to put improved products on the field and we can solve a lot of our own problems. We have the pieces to do it. When FSU and Miami are at the top of their game the rivalry is historic. WIDE RIGHT.
As much as i hate to say it VT needs to get their shit together. We made a mistake not bringing West Virginia into the league. We need heated rivalries.

There’s very little solace in where our program is but at least the Hokies are right there with us. It’s not much but it’s something.
Pry is recruiting pretty well all things considered but man is he clueless as a coach
