Nah Fresh, when oneās family background has overseas ties, you damn well end up knowing every fun fact about the country; in my experience, itās because the extended family makes sure itās drilled into you. This is why I have an encyclopedic knowledge of famous people who are part-Filipino, including famous people who arenāt but people think they are.

Taine take:
- defense is still not very good. Probably some improvement from getting older and being in the system longer. But still a negative
- My main offensive issue is that heās scared to do anything. The usage is still a major issue. He went above 20 down the stretch against two of the worst teams in the ACC and we thought he turned a corner, and then down the stretch in the tourneys he went into his corner and hid again.
Bonus Tony take - and did Tony make it clear to him thatās an unacceptable way to play UVa hoops and bench his butt or did he play him 20+ minutes in all 3 tourney games and 25+ in 2 of 3.
Is it some big mystery why our guys are scared of their own shadow on offense when guys who are scared of their own shadow get rewarded with lots of PT?

Bonus Taine take - would Taine be good on offense if he werenāt playing for a coach who rewards guys who are afraid of their own shadow? I think so and I hope so, but itās really up to Tony (and not his assistants- donāt blame his friggin assistants) if we even get a chance to test the hypothesis
