Sadly, that was my biggest take-away from that article. I couldnāt decide if the author didnāt know better or simply felt proof reading is an unnecessary chore in the digital age! It was an unfortunate blip that really diverted my attention from otherwise good news.

From the Associated Press Stylebook: āCapitalize God in references to the deity of all monotheistic religions. Lowercase gods and goddesses in references to the deities of polytheistic religions. Lowercase god, gods and goddesses in references to false gods: He made money his god.ā
Either the writer didnāt consult the stylebook, didnāt bother proofreading, or is implying that Chance follows either a polytheistic religion or a false god. Iām gonna guess itās one of the first two choices.

Vandross and Sanchez watched him on Friday, that was all. (I keep game logs) Iām sure Sanchez was already familiar. Heās good, already popular with Pac 12 schools, wonāt be easy to get if they really go for it. Heās a perimeter threat but more of a traditional big, good athlete whoāll block some shots.
