Dalton Knecht going nucular this year means that for the next 5-10 years or so, fans of every team that brings in a D2 or NAIA guy is gonna think they’ve got the knext Knecht. And maybe there will be!

One thing that’s going to inflate a lot of guys numbers this year is just how many P5 coaches are moving around. It seems like new coaches are given quite a bit of $$$ to work with in their first year.
Day 27
Still no news. The men’s spirits are high. They talk of dream recruits and a philosophical change on offense. They pass the time reminiscing about the good old days. We have a couple veterans among us. They played in the era of the peach basket and ladder. The men like them. Hopefully we get news soon.
I so miss the peach basket though it did not stand up well to 360 dunks. The good 'ol days!

Probably the Tyler Nickel replacement. He’s ok, typical MY player in that he’s not very athletic but can shoot it and space the floor.
He’ll be annoying for us specifically to play against but if he’s their starting 3 or 4 in ACC play they’ll have the exact same issues as they’ve had the past few years.
The most interesting thing about that development would be to know whether or not Kelsey wanted to bring him to Louisville.
Yeah I don’t see how he plays the 4 in the ACC and doesn’t get abused but he’s listed as a forward. Would they try to play him at the wing? Interesting. Probably doesn’t end up being a net positive player for them
If he tries to play on the wing he’ll be even worse off. Lateral foot speed is not his strong suit.
That’s the issue with some of these mid major tweener guys, not really anywhere you can put them defensively that’s gonna be comfortable. Just look at CofC’s game against Bama, he was their leading scorer but they also gave up 109 points and he got cooked by their wings and stretch 4’s.
