Said it in the game thread, but Lunardi updated and UVA randomly passed Nebraska, Alabama and Gonzaga for the 3rd 3 seed. Without any of those teams playing games.

The other explanation was mentioned it the post (āheās probably scrubbingā). The counterargument to āLunardi has intelā is that he never wins Bracket Matrix. But he might have intelā¦who knows?

I switched over to the Big West title game, and on the halftime report they said that Lunardi says weāll stay on the 3 line after our result. Not much confidence in him but hopefully he knows something

I donāt care what seed we are now. We had a really good ACC tourney and got our groove back a bit. That was most important.

I like Lunardiās new bracket. Texas Tech is the only #5 seed Iād feel good about playing.
On the other hand, I donāt think any of the potential 5s are looking at brackets and saying I want to play Virginia.

Bracket matrix did update one more time tonight, now with 111 brackets updated today. UVA is a 3 seed in 45 brackets (a 2 in 1), Nebraska a 3 in 79 (a 2 in 1), and Gonzaga a 3 in 91 (a 2 in 2). Vandy is popping up as a 3 in a few brackets, but I assume the majority donāt include todayās results.
