Donāt know if this is what people are referring to or if it was a different take, but Jamal Mashburn had a wild one.
Ah, right. It was on TNT, not even a podcast
With Bruce Pearl as the voice of reason. ![]()
I mean, Cooper Flagg reclassed. When he was in the same class as these guys, he was already rated ahead of them.
I believe Flagg was only ahead of Boozer when they were the two big names but a lot of these guys blossomed down the stretch so they didnāt really get a great chance to get compared to him as their best selves before the reclass. Petersonās senior year at Prolific Prep looked unstoppable so probably a chance he would have jumped Flagg had they been in the same class.
Dybantsa also reclassed up so he and Cooper werenāt in the same year and when he moved up, he was slotted over Boozer so really the guy that Cooper was ahead of is the guy that everyone is slotting into #3 in draft boards.
All that said, Mashburn is a wild man for saying Koa Peat. Caleb Wilson and Boozer I would say youāre wrong but to each his own but Koa Peat is a ridiculous take!
Wisconsin is not good but has wins @ Michigan and @ Illinois lmao
So a few days ago, I said we should stop making fun of Buzz, but he is such a weird dude.

Just no
Same company that did the All-Star Weekend court a couple of seasons ago: NBA All-Star 2024 - ASB GlassFloor
Gets used in Europe (bonus: KG sighting in the video here): BCL Final Four - ASB GlassFloor
Seems like the primary use is ācool visuals before the game startsā though I also saw mention of displaying stats on the floor too.
I remember the NBA using it a few years back. Thought it was that in season tournament, but it was the all star game. I thought the players said it was OK to play on, didnāt feel any different, but if I remember correctly, that was the all star game that broke all the scoring records and that everyone hated and said it made a mockery of the game which led to the current mini-tournament.
I figure itās cost prohibitive for most non-NBA arenas, but NBA teams can definitely sell advertising on it to generate more revenue.
Weāre getting a lot of mileage for winning at Louisville minus their best player.
I found this not shocking.
