Wake finished 5th in 21-22 at 13-7. Probably would have made the tournament but had a horrific opening round loss to BC in a 5/13 game.

Maybe conference expansion has changed the variable to āis_top_5ā
I said top 4 because thatās the double bye teams, but it could be top 5 or top half or whatever too although top half doesnāt give you much room to overperform. Or maybe overperformance should be calculated as preseason predicted rank divided by actual finishing rank, so predicted 16th and finishing 8th is equivalent to predicted 8th and finishing 4th or predicted 2nd and finishing 1st. Or whatever ratio you want to use. Thatās probably better than raw change in rank. I think taking a predicted 6th place team to 1st is more impressive than taking a predicted 15th ranked team to 5th.

First one was not her faultā¦catch the ball, teammate! Second one she should have thrown it earlier before her teammate started to turn up-court but also thereās no one else coming towards the ball.
