Syracuse has already came out of their pause. They played Brown on Monday, and play again tonight against Cornell.

Apparently if players test positive now they’re good for the rest of the season.

Hah. So like if a team has an outbreak that affects more than 1/2 guys (or even if it’s 1/2 critical guys), then you want to get the whole team together for a group hug/shouting session. You’ll have a couple games postponed but otherwise you’re good.
Better than periodically losing 2-3 guys at a time for the rest of the season.

Got it. The alluding to maybe isn’t comforting. The new policy appears to shift more towards the NFL where if you’re vaccinated and are asymptomatic you can come back after two negative tests so maybe we’ll be good regardless…

Ok guys what are we thinking for tonight? We match up terribly against a zone as we all know but this Cuse team is not very good defensively. Feels like a game we’ll need Franklin to hit a few to have a chance which seems like a tall order considering he’s like 2-22 in his last 6 games or something like that

We’ve executed very poorly against zones from teams that don’t do it for a living. We still can’t defend the 3 and we’re coming off a long break. I expect a pretty good beat down though this won’t be a referendum on the rest of the season. Just a bad match up
