Looks like the game will be on ESPN2 for those confused like I was.

So I guess we’re stuck with Bilas tonight?

I looked at the box scores of our two games this season and noticed Dunn had good games: 16 and 13, respectively. I don’t remember what accounted for this, but more please.

Also in game 2 at JPJ Taine had 11 points off the bench.

I expect Reece to have a solid game. He has put the team on his back all season.

Morsell didn’t have a good game against us in their gym but had 13 at JPJ; there was probably some added incentive playing in front of the Wahoo faithful. Obviously, shutting DJ Horne down is going to be key…Reece jail!

Anyway, just a couple things I noticed.

I notice you love Bilas as much as I do @HoozGotNext. Dave chastised me about this because “Jay likes good basketball and we don’t play good basketball.”

Anyway, I will likely have it muted.

I don’t think Bilas is THAT bad. He’s a little too preachy for me. But it’s mostly just circumstances. He’s on all their big ACC games we watch…so by this time of year I’m just tired of listening to the guy. Doesn’t help that he has a habit of repeating the same talking points.

I’m just not sure how they can use the eye test argument… no one has time to watch every game for every team all season. Pretty much the eye test is biased.

He wants to be seen as a resolute and smart “truth teller” but he is just another annoying annoying blowhard IMO.

I listen to the radio broadcasters whenever possible (“possible” determined by the extent of lag between the radio and TV streams). I think TV broadcasters as a rule are just trying to do something that I don’t want.

The eye test is just an excuse for being able to veto the objective data when you don’t like the answer.

I think the most awesome thing ever would be to have Jay Bilas paired up with Bill Walton (even better than Cory and Boeheim together). By the end of the game Jay would be humming Sugar Magnolia and wearing tie dye.
