I recall Clemson a few years ago had Blossomgame, perhaps the only guy at the college level Brogdon couldn’t guard and Holmes who hit 44% of his 3s and went 17-16. After they graduated the replacement starters were bench guys who’d already been 7th and 8th in minutes/game plus they upgraded their bench with freshman Aamir Simms. They went from 86th to 7th in defense (per KenPom) and went 25-10.
So, it can happen.

Ok, this is awesome. I’m like “Okay, I’ll watch for a minute and see what happened.” And now Lville is up 13-4, and Withers looks like a draft pick, and I gotta see what happens next…
And now it’s 17-15 LR, and I’m starting to get it… Basically Louisville has no guards and I guess Payne has put off teaching help side defense thus far in practice.
One more thing from me: I want a youtube site called “Matthew Loves Ball, but hates free throws”. Nobody needs to see the FTs on a condensed watch, Matthew.
