Yes. Despite the ratings, that is what I’m saying. Agree that BVP wasn’t good against Edwards, especially in the first half, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that Shedrick was ineffective against him. The foul on the 3 point shooter - I’ll defer to you on whether it was a bad foul call or not but as it happened I wasn’t surprised at all because Shedrick has been overly aggressive on his hedging defense, so this felt in character. And, at the end of the day, he put himself in a position that ended up putting a guy on the line for 3 shots. Also, 1 rebound in 11 minutes in a vacuum doesn’t make it a bad night, but I remember him having chances at multiple additional boards and either not being quick/aware enough or just getting the ball taken away from him (one in particular by Brown comes to mind). Given all of that, you could make the argument that we might as well just put Dunn in the dunker spot and get the same or similar offensive results with better rebounds and defense. I don’t know if that argument is a winner, but the fact that we can have it is the issue. I don’t think this version of Kadin gets us deep into the tournament. We need the version of him, which he’s shown in the past, that makes you go “ah shit they took Kadin out” and “oh good, he’s coming back in” to make noise.
Man, not a lot of defense being played in Coral Gables. Both teams shooting over 60% and on pace for 90’s. Tech seems to be finding a little bit of a groove offensively but to be fair they’re not meeting a ton of resistance

Maybe. Filipowski and young rebounding vs our small ball lineup might be an issue. But Kadin Dunn match up to get rebounds and Reece on Roach (who I see is having a hot shooting night. Basically why they are up 12-13). It shouldn’t be an issue
