Jealous they got Kyle Smith from Wazzu a few months prior to us getting a shot at him.
Syracuse down 4 halfway through the 1st to the LaMoyne Dolphins.
I have no idea where LaMoyne is located. I’m gonna guess South Carolina.
What? He has 4 points.
Wait, ESPN box scores are wonky you may be right
It’s right next to Syracuse.
The famous dolphins of upstate NY.
UVA could still take a shot.
Much like industrial factories and Kodak, dolphins left upstate NY decades ago.
Can tell we’re really gonna hate Schutt for VT. Very punchable face
You mean the Duke to VPISU transfer? Yeah, he’s already bottom 3 for me even without seeing.
@JBHoo ,This time I flagged you. It’s Kon’s fault
It’ll be interesting to track he and Power. I’ve got the VT game on one of my monitors and Schutt can stroke it.
Syracuse still in a fight for its life vs Le Moyne. Hope we fair better vs Campbell first half
If Syracuse can pull it out and Cal doesn’t get upset tonight, it’ll be a pretty good first day for the ACC. Lota lopsided scores that are good for the old NET
BC also struggling vs Citadel but its early
Finished my hate watch of VT and they’re bad, like as bad as I’ve ever seen under MY including his first year. Baby Pump is nowhere close to ACC caliber yet, and they have no other guards who can create. They struggled to get any looks but contested 3’s against Delaware State
Feels like RJ Davis in his 8th year of hoops.
Lawal and Johnson look pretty good for VT. Their team plays some physical basketball and really go for rebounds. Mike Young is a hell of a coach to piece together nine new players and have them look halfway decent.
Uhhhhh.
Elon is up 71 - 69 (nice) on UNC with 6:30 to play.
And UNC promptly scores 5 straight in 25 seconds. Go figure.
it didn’t go smoothly for UNC tonight but I like their team. Looks like Trimble will make a big leap. With Cadeau settled in and RJ Davis back, that’s going to be tough backcourt to deal with.
Seems they have things to figure out up front though. Is Tyson sort of a disappointment maybe? I think they expected him to be a starter, help provide spacing. He’s probably going to be key for them if they’re gonna be like national title threat good. Instead they started big with Withers, who did have a nice game tonight.
