Boeheim is pretty great accidental comedy. He and Cory work well together too, sort of a contrast in personalities. Hell of a lot better than Bilas that’s for sure.

I tuned in and immediately heard Boeheim making fun of Cory for shoehorning in a mention of being inducted to Oak Hill Academy’s Hall of Fame. Also he implied John Thompson is a revenant haunting the halls of Archbishop Carroll.

His crankiness is an asset as an analyst and much more tolerable when he doesn’t have as much of a motive behind it. Tre White made a tough contested midrange and his analysis was (correctly, IMO) “if that’s how you have to score most of your points, you’re going to have a long day”
