In 2016, Devon Hall averaged around 22 mins per game, and less than 4.5 ppg.
Rohde averages more assists and better A/TO ratio. Devon a slightly better shooter that year, but not significantly.
Iām not a huge Rohde advocate, but weāre not in totally uncharted territory here. And in 2016 Devon had 2 more years left, and ended up All ACC.

The issue with 247 is Tuās arguments were basically with the same people over and overā¦ and basically any argument on that board can be tied to 3-4 posters.
I find myself in the camp that those 3-4 posters are trying to antagonize as well. You basically canāt have a different opinion on 247, if you do then those posters just get personal.
Rohde is either gonna work out or he isnāt, plain and simple. This year has been rough but itāll be this offseason and next season that defines his time here. If he gets better and becomes another Devon Hall, thatās great and weāll be all the better for it. If he doesnāt and becomes the next Paul Jesperson, I doubt TB decides to play the long game with him at that point especially if a guy like Gertrude has surpassed him by leaps and bounds. Things will work themselves out one way or another, I donāt see this as a Kody Stattmann situation tbh.
Oh I completely agree, and itās part of the reason why Iāve distanced myself from that board in favor of this one outside of the occasional JF football scoop and Karlās baseball threads. Like I said, the issues that have followed Tu arenāt entirely his fault.
I should do the same but I like JF, and sheās done a great job there.
I wonāt be lying if I said, I do enjoy watching those posters go unhinge.

But Rohde has a year of solid shooting numbers IN college so itās not like he canāt do it again. Yes, I get itās better competition but he took harder looks at St. Thomas. He can absolutely turn it around. Also, his defense is not āso badā. Point taken on shooting but Iām hopeful an offseason of S&C and tweaking will go a long way.
Weāre just making stuff up at this point. Thereās many reasons to be unhappy with his performance this year, this isnāt one of them.
Iām basing his defense performance on the efficiency numbers. I know others seem to think heās been pretty good, but itās hard to tell from the eye test honestly with the way the pack line hides some of thatā¦ thatās why I use those efficiency numbers.
Iām hopeful. I think he is better with the ball in his hands, which will be the case more next year.
@DFresh11 in regards to Rohde I have never seen a guard throw the ball to No one as much as he has. I mean like letās go down to Wal mart optical and test out the eyes bro.
The number you are thinking of is twice. One of which was a miscommunication about which way Reece was cutting.
Iāve seen other guards throw it away more. Two on our team, actually.
