Does anybody know typically the format of the blue white game?
- What time does the Women’s game start/end?
- What time does the Men’s game start/end?
- Other typical must-do’s during the event?

Last year’s format: women were the undercard, men were the main event. Followed by meet the team poster signing on the upper level concourse

Ok cool! So the women’s game is likely at 1:30 and then men’s at 3pm? Do the games last that long or am I off on the timing?
Both Men’s and Women’s schedules list their scrimmage at 1:30.

I don’t think there was that much gap between the 2 games starting. I’d expect the guys to start around 2:30.

I went in 2016 when interest was pretty high (Nichols, plus frosh Ty, Dre, Kyle). I think I got there right around when doors opened, and got center court-ish seats about 1/3 of the way up. Probably no need to get there early, but you never know

Perhaps they’re playing each other? Seems unlikely, but might be fun. Making sure no one gets early useful footage of the men’s team.
I’m trying to get younger daughter to go with me, but its homecoming so we likely wouldn’t be able to stay long.
Yep - I have 3 soccer games Saturday so will just rely on commentary here when I get home … or maybe peek during my son’s last game that I’m not actually coaching.

Question I’m surprised no one has asked is which good samaritan LRA poster is going to be attending the BW scrimmage on Saturday and offering up the juicy tidbits we’ll all be craving?
I look forward to getting the kids down Saturday night and reading through whatever crude PBP I can find followed by whatever randomly assorted highlights are approved into circulation. From there I’ll start forming the hottest of takes about player contributions, lineups, our floor/ceiling, and anything else I can read into. One of my favorite traditions!

I’ll be there but my takes aren’t going to tell you much. I believe my takes last year included “I saw JWilly buying some chicken tenders” so expect more of the same incisive insights

Well, 2nd longest. Longest will be TB, but 80% will be 35-55 year old women.

So I’ll be there- and I will try to be as detailed as possible. May hit a winery or brewery afterwards and explore a bit of the “Food Scene” in Charlottesville. Didn’t we have an Off-Topic post about restaurants, bars, pubs that are must goto’s while there?
