Also Clemson being solid doesn’t change how I’d feel about losing to them at home at this point in the season when our team should still be fighting for something.

I actually didn’t but looked it up after … lol
UVA has 4 - but one was vs UNC without Bacot and Nance
Clemson has 5
Both teams have actually benefitted by having a bottom heavy ACC schedule.
They both have in common losses at BC and at UNC and a win at home vs Duke and impressive wins over NC State

This might just work. Cory won’t stop talking, usually about himself, but that won’t leave Bonner anytime to poo on UVA or talk about tech.

Maybe shouting into the wind here, but feel like some of the forum discourse— and especially in-game— has gotten a little toxic lately.

Obviously it’s been a rough stretch, and there’s nothing wrong with feeling disappointed or frustrated. But some of the game thread commentary has dipped below the usual threshold I’ve enjoyed on this site. “Tough take by X, would’ve rather he tried to A instead of B” vs “Can’t wait until Y is gone.”

I dunno. Especially for a site kind of born out of former players, and that enjoys a certain relationship with the program— can criticize play without just burying dudes.

Hoping for a nice win tonight, but it would be great to keep the game threads fun and a little light-hearted regardless. (Of course, many posters already do this— don’t think this is necessarily a widespread problem.) Let’s meme through the tears if we must.
