I don’t understand the rationale for going that cheap on your coach. Sure, maybe your philosophy is that coaches don’t make a difference, but ownership showing no respect to the coach allows the players to not respect the coach and then it’s just the inmates running the asylum. And the quality of your inmates is gonna be crap too because no one with options is going to want to sign there.
