From 1st and goal at the one to a defensive touchdown two plays later⦠Just wow.
Wow. That was like 6 plays from within the 10, right?
Wasnt a fan of the toss sweep on 2nd but credit to the osu dline bringing pressure on 3rd and 4th
Yea thatās wild makes the sack gets the scoop and score and sends his team to the Natty
Shoulda played Archie
And there ya have it ND vs OSU for the championship
I think that toss sweep at the goal line is gonna go down as one of the worst playcalls in recent CFB history.
Yup changed everything. Especially when their passing attack had the Bucks on their heels.
You run that shit up the gut, or put Arch in and sneak it. Got three downs to get one yard. No idea why they decided to all of a sudden go east to west and make the field way bigger for OSUās defense.
Ewers likely portal or NFL? Some unc rumors
Ewers was horrible today
Apparently Pat McAfee hinted at Belichick throwing a bag for Ewers once he enters the portal.
This has been a terrible QB year. Havenāt been impressed by any except Cam Ward this year (note: didnāt get a chance to watch Shadeur)
Right before the game I saw an article where Ewers said he was entering the draft. But after last nights lackluster performance I could see him following Becks lead and taking a big bag in the portal.
Itās not a great class. Cam and Shadeur are at the top and I believe both have the potential to make an impact at the next level.
Iāll toss in a sleeper for Dart out of Ole Miss if he lands in the right system I think he can be good. Similar to Bo Nix heād enter the NFL with a ton of experience and a fairly polished game.
Beyond that I think the class gets thin and thereās a lot of guys Id avoid or would only take on as projects. Milroe has flaws in jis game. Will Howard, Rouke, Ewers, Leonard none of those guys scream impactful to me
I always hate to second guess, but man, that sure seemed crazy. Three cracks from the one? Reminded me of a certain tackle eligible pass call.
If Ewers portals watch Notre Dsme
Agree hate to second guess. But even live it was a head scratcher at best. A slow developing run play with no misdirection or eye candy seems like a poorly thought out call.
The other coaching decision I seriously question is what was going on on 4th and 2. Texas let OSU scheme them into having no one in the middle of the field and allowing Howard to run for 18 yards. Watching it back its clear the Texas dline had a call on and yet they were obliterated head up.
Osu clearly had the edge in team speed. Very reminiscent of those Urban led gator teams
I agree as well dumb play calling there on the goal line
Yep Sawyer was completely untouched on tbe strip sack. Was past the tackle before he hit his kick step.
