All of it. You dont see guys closing back from 25 feet that fast. Fing @AnonymooseHoo was right all along

I get why a bubble program is upset they lost a close game at the premier program’s house. It means a lot to their season.

It genuinely is annoying the level of coverage Duke has gotten over this. Can you imagine if it was Miami or Clemson? No one would be paying attention.

It truly does benefit Duke though. Visibility > attention > refs less likely to make a call against them. They know what’s coming when they do.

In terms of drawing comparisons to the Grayson Allen travel, the level of media coverage and outrage is the only useful point.

If anything, Duke fans should be pissed that their 7-foot, season-long star goose-egged and got swatted at the rim by a 6’3 PG during regulation’s most consequential play.

Man you summed up my point that I didnt know I was making. How is that possible?

Maybe just cause Reece!! Is elite

I understand your take…yes the block by Reece was clean…the foul by Dunn whether it occurred after the clock expired should have resulted in FTs…per the rule cited by twitter posts…I don’t care personally as we have been on the wrong end of last minute calls like many times…nice to have it work out for us…

No, no ft’s for Dunn foul. When the shooter hits the ground AND the ball is clearly not going into the basket (and time has expired), any fouls that aren’t flagrant or dead-ball technicals are waved off. Dunn’s happened after Flip landed, the ball was blocked, time had expired, and it wasn’t a technical nor a flagrant. So, foul is waved off, no shots awarded.

Just watched CBS HT show. No mention of UVA/Duke. NCAA preliminary 16 seeds is next Saturday. Seth Davis and some other stooge I didn’t know named their top 8. Davis had us as a 2 seed. Other guy didn’t have us listed.

Ralph played 40 minutes, Willie Dersch, Greyson Allen, etc. If what happened yesterday is the worst thing to happen to Duke and their apologists, they’ll be lucky.

Did anyone else know that Applebees in the Richmond airport is closed on weekends? Literally my favorite

I don’t see where Dunn fouled Filipowski with the body.

If they said the foul was on Dunn - imho he clearly made contact while Flip was still airborne … a shooter is in the act until he lands.
The best call on the play would have been a no call. But once the whistle blew for a foul, they had to award 2 FT’s.
Also - there is no guarantee Flip makes either FT… he was 0-6 FG and 0-2 FT for the game … and a ton of pressure…

He didn’t … he made incidental contact on his arm after the blocked shot.

Nor do I. The block was clean. And Dunn was almost a foot away from Filip0wski in the air. I don’t see any foul at all.

I saw your rules post yesterday Wave. So whats your personal take? Foul no foul etc

Looks to me like Dunn never made contact with anyone but Reece on the play lol he didn’t even hit Filipowski with his breath

Unless you have an angle showing Ryan actually touching Filipowski? I haven’t seen one yet but maybe you’ve seen a few angles I haven’t?

Dunn never “made” contact with Filipowski. If anything, Filipowski is already falling back, causing his arm to hit Dunn’s. It’s hard to see but Dunn’s arm is behind Filipowski’s arm in the few frames where they’re actually touching one another. This isn’t a foul on Reece and it certainly isn’t a foul on Dunn. Cry harder ACC.
