This is easy to me. I think Sanchez is a way better coach than Elliott. Him for another season vs. one more second of the Elliott era is a no brainer imo.

The basketball program can survive another yr of Ron but not sure it can survive a Ron era. The football program likely cannot survive another yr of CTE.

Does UVA currently have an AD? Not saying they donāt, I just really donāt know. And if the AD job is umm āin transitionā, can they even make a football change right now?

From whatās been said on various boards it sounds like Carla is all but gone within the next few months. So I feel like no moves being made in terms of coaching changes is a very real possibility.

We got Bennett because of Wally Walker ā not anything that Littlepage and Oliver did.
Have someone leading the search at the behest of the BOV and Ryan, and it works just as well.

Has Charlie Huff lost his luster? Seemed to have a good result this year. Heās a good recruiter with DMV ties - just not sure what that does in todayās NIL.
Alex Golesh is a guy that intrigues me. Only because he brings an identity and has been successful by USF standards. Realistically he may be out of our league somehow.

Huff Iāve cooled on after hearing about what the situation is at Marshall. For whatever reason they havenāt signed him to a contract extension, which is strange given heās had pretty good success there.
Have heard heās a lot to deal with behind the scenes but am not 100% sure how true those rumors are.

Day would be an even more annoying hire than Wes Miller because you know heād be here exactly 1 year. Flash OSU to nfl success to load up in the portal, win against a more than manageable schedule and take whatever big job offers.

Will Howard won me over for the season with the antics after beating Indiana. But their complaining about the flag planting flipped that right back around. Like do they not remember where flag planting really originated? Because of their disrespect shown to Baker and OUā¦ not to mention theyāre a place and group who wrote in a ban on the letter āMā for the entire week. Cry me a river.

OSU as a school and their fans are somw of the worst in sports.
Bunch of St Charles alumni who spend every Saturday night at Tee Jays eating a barn yard buster covered in gravy and talking about how much tail they chased in 98 when they went to states.

Theyāre getting Odom I think.
We can offer Nick Saban central Virginia as a retirement place and he will never have to be anywhere near McAfee every again.
