The quote from Cignetti that really stood out to me (though he didnāt phrase it exactly like this) was the whole thing about having a clear understanding of your program, so that you can figure out exactly what skillset is going to work best in your scheme (and team culture). Then you find guys with that skillset and go get them.
Its easy to make fun of Bronco, and I donāt want to restart any battles over him, but one thing he did pretty well was understand exactly what he was looking for in a quarterback.
