I missed the announcement, but scrolling through the FIBA IG profile (https://instagram.com/fibawc?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==), I noticed that Woldo didnāt make the final Italy roster for the Basketball World Cup, but Marial Shayok is on the South Sudan extended roster (so not yet final roster).

Marial made the final South Sudan roster. Tobey also made the final Slovenia roster.
