Good cole slaw is the ultimate glue guy on your plate, helps with the transition of your protein leading scorer to your starch and bread banging on the boards.

They are Caribbean cuisine more broadly, not just Haitian, but they have pikliz and will sell it by the jar. Their braised pork is excellent, and on Wednesdays they do chicken wings, which I would put up against any other wing place in town.

I love the pig-pick idea - maybe at this summers LRA golf tournament. Also, coleslaw is so regional, but if its good you know it. I don’t discriminate but i think it has to cold/cool, not be too dry, and have mayo or slaw dressing in it.
