His highlights are so good, he’s a prototypical modern big. He seems really good at just being available: he’s working himself into space off-ball and showing his hands for the ball, and then getting the ball to the rim cleanly.

Louisville’s German commit Sananda Fru is ranked 25th in the class of 2025 by 247 (borderline 5 star). He has similar stats in the same league as Johann but is 2+ years older and this is his 5th season in the league compared to Gruenloh’s 2nd. Fru also isn’t considered a real NBA prospect like Gruenloh obviously Is.
