Others more in the know on this board have heard that Kadin’s decision was mainly for basketball reasons, and Traudt’s was mainly (perhaps entirely) due to homesickness. But no one makes a decision on a single factor alone.

Shedrick did have some rough year. To go from Mono to COVID was brutal for him.
Idk, I like Shedrick…. His pops definitely a good dude and a good response to keep it chill. I don’t think his potential has been tapped yet

His folks never got credit for being one of us. They read the boards and even posted interesting stuff. Dad posted about the mono and the reoccurrence. I remember all sorts of folks were like imagining new wacky diseases and stuff, and Kadins dad was just like, “it’s mono again.” Nobody read it or cared and folks kept speculating but there it was…

You could argue that Shedrick’s poor play at that point in the season played into Tony’s decision to go to small ball. But I don’t think those small ball lineups were good enough to stick with so long. We kept winning though against mediocre teams
