Ah, I initially thought it was interviews with the Richmond reporter, but if he’s just repackaging stuff from like team media days, then I retract what I said about advice re the guys doing the interviews. They’re obviously going to be asked about it in settings like that and asked about a bunch of other things, and they should answer how they see fit. I just was saying I’d advise against doing interviews specifically on the topic with like a Virginia paper.
I don’t see a need to sugarcoat it: they are more than just better fits they are flat out better players.

I suspect you’re right, although I’m not ready to pronounce a verdict before seeing them play.
But fit is important, too. It’s not just a matter of having good players. It’s having good players who are good at what you want them to do.

Yeah. Like, I strongly doubt this year’s squad has a better combination of talent and experience than last year’s team. But I am willing to believe the pieces could fit together better and that everyone is better suited to what the team needs.
