Mr Pom loves a good gadfly take. The in-season roster change part was a good point, hadnāt considered that before. And thereās something there with the point about being able to turn things around quicker. You donāt see a lot of coaches talking about it, but Iād imagine some are good with being able to wash their hands of a missed eval after only one season and potentially backfill with a ready-to-contribute player (even if it goes in the other direction too)

Its true. We harp on potentially losing good, or at least developmentally attractive, players every year, but it also means we arenāt expected to keep Power for 3 more years.
All that having been said, having more roster stability than the NBA in some specific areas isnāt a ringing endorsement to my ears.
