Geez, these international players just pop up all of a sudden. Anyone ever hear of these guys?

Avdija has been a successful player in Euroleague. Not Luka but has produced in the second best league in the world as a teenager. I’d be happy if I was a Wizards fan.

Two lottery picks for FSU. Shouldn’t hurt on the trail.

Jalen Smith in the top 10, didn’t see that coming. What I’ll remember about him is he came to UVA’s elite camp I guess it was summer before his 10th grade year, last time they had it. All our media people were there covering it but no one knew who he was. Never mentioned him. Later the full roster was released and we were like oh shit this 5-star kid was there?

Strange draft in I’m not sold that most of the lottery guy’s are game changers.

And as a Zards fan lets be honest that’s a cursed franchise stuck in salary cap purgatory for the next decade

Do you suppose it’s because we didn’t get to see them play against top competitors like we’d normally see in the tournament?

There’s a reason the top 5 all wanted to trade down but couldn’t find trade partners lol can easily get as good of a player at 20 as 3 this year

In 2024 OKC will have 23 out of the 30 first round picks at this rate.

Not really I mwan we saw rhe FSU guys play great competition same foe the Umd guys. The Euro players are typically a gamble. Melo who knows what he is same with Wisermen. More no one jumps out as a generational. Type player.

I just don’t see it in Cole Anthony. Not a consistent shooter. Not really a distributer. Yeah he can get to the rim. IDK.

Of course he could end up an all time great.

Yup i totally get it. Warriors could have been the new spurs. Instead they got a guy who may not play. Feel like it’s 50/50

I agree. Was not impressed with his game last yr

I liked him. Thought he needed to stay in school at least one more year. He showed a lot of immaturity at times but he also showed promise.

Definitely not the year you wanted to win the lottery with Cade, Holmgren, and Bates coming in the next three drafts.

That may be it. I wonder if he would habe been better off id he didn’t have the name and could develop our of the spotlights?

Yup much better guys to move the needle. Oddly enough the top 2 picks donr need true gamechangers. Both are mostly built.
