dam. was thinkin today how badly we need to keep getting games in at this point as the team gels
If the ACC were smart they would move up a game we already have scheduled if they couldnāt reschedule one. But the ACC is not smart
Pretty confident that theyāll get another one scheduled for sometime this week because it wasnāt a problem with us
Yeah, would be great to schedule another game to take its place. Both for completing as many games as possible and staying hot
I hope so but everyone else (except ND) has a game already this week⦠there is a team in East Lansing who is off this week though
Obviously it wonāt happen, but we can dream.
Correct, no real options Unless some game is cancelled in the next day or so. FSU and Louisville play Monday if one of them wanted to cram a game in before the weekend.
West Virginia doesnāt have a game until Saturday⦠just saying (Nova, Tennessee, and Kentucky have games on tuesdays in terms of local power 5 schools).
Yea doesnāt have to be an ACC game but we need to play someone.
Nova available?
They have a game tuesday night
Miami plays Tuesday and then not again until Sunday. If they stopped in Charlottesville on to play Thursday they would not have to return to play in March.
Miami plays at Syracuse Tuesday
ND and Cuse already have a game to be made up, maybe they could play Tuesday and we play Miami Wednesday. Will be interesting, ACC needs to start getting make ups in.
Well that sucks. It sure doesnāt seem like the ACC is being very proactive in getting games rescheduled. Teams are going to need to start playing 3 games a week if thereās any hope of getting caught up, which means moving some Wednesday games to Thursdays and Saturday games to Sunday to free up some Mondays for make-ups. But thus far, the league has shown no imagination from a scheduling standpoint.
Brother vs Brother. Homecoming for Matt. Why not?
*Iām actually hearing thereās not much chance that anything gets scheduled, but who knows
USE YOUR CONNECTIONS HGN. Make this happen. We need games to continue momentum.
Anything as in Texas or no game at all? How were we (more the ACC as a whole) so flexible for football scheduling but so useless for basketball scheduling?
No game at all, unless itās within the ACC somehow. Fluid situation Iām sure. Nothing in the works at the moment anyway.
