Real nostalgia. I was 8 when my mom brought home Thriller on vinyl. My record player wore that album out. Probably had to change the needle two or three times.
I know how much @BDragon loves the Beatles, but even The Girl Is Mine, featuring Paul, was fire in 1983.

This sculpture is in Volunteer Park in Seattle, about a 20 minute walk from my house. Itās called Black Sun, and as you can see, it has a hole in the middle of it. Thatās my old now-departed pooch sitting patiently while I got the Space Needle in the shot, too. Song still doesnāt really make sense, but maybe it makes a little more sense now.

Iām sure I saw an interview that a member of Soundgarden admitted that the lyrics were nonsensical and really just trying to achieve a vibe.

I mean if we are going down the Frozen rabbit holeā¦ the worst song is that dumb one the trolls singā¦ I feel like it was a throwaway song that got added because of a contractual number of songs needed. I wonāt even entertain a debate on this.

Agree that is my least favorite song and the entire C level storyline is bad.

Itās funny because I really became a fan of the song when I was going through a real rough dark stretch and i thought the lyrics were so deep and profound
Looking back through clear eyes I realized āyea this is nonsensicalā but they nailed the vine so well it didnāt matter.
