Well, VCU is better than all but three teams in the ACC so some could argue that bringing in VCU level talent > ACC talent.

$7M in NIL. Recruiting to one of top facilities and programs in the ACC. And most importantly using systems that donāt take 2 to 3 years to learn and play well in. Rebuild next year will be orders of magnitude easier than this year.

Ron and the rest of the staff were put in an almost impossible situation and handled it admirably. This program needed a wake up call, and it got one. Everyone needed to see that the āTony Bennett Systemā at UVA could only truly thrive with Tony Bennett.
Iām excited for a new era of UVA basketball!

@Cuts_from_The_Corner Absolutely pitch perfect. I canāt add anything better, so Iāll simply say thank you for your own grace note in reminding us to be grateful. While this was a difficult season to watch, I never stopped loving these kids and this team. This is a testament to the entire staff and to (almost the entire) team.
