Maybe they won’t be terrible with Battle plus Kriisa

THANK YOU ROHDE. I was about to curse you out for passing up the first open 3.

Ha. Same. Fool me once style

I mean, it helps when your 3P% is double your opponent’s on similar volume; don’t know how repeatable that performance will be. Edwards was out against Kansas, but they had a bunch of dudes this game that didn’t play against us. They’re almost a whole new team.

UConn and Villanova tied in a good one late in the game.

At least with our latest downslide we won’t end up as underdogs against the higher seeded Indiana State fightin’ Robbie Avila’s

Ya, it is. And also Kentucky doesn’t play defense.

Kentucky has a 120.7 offensive rating
And a 101.8 defensive rating

They lead the country in scoring per game.
They play plenty of defense but they also play at the 14th fastest pace in the country.
Opponents shoot 42% overall and 31% from 3.
Is that good?

Average margin of victory is 14.4.
Naturally the defensive intensity will drop a little when you have a big lead.

UNC had a 100.0 offensive rating against Kentucky vs a season rating of 114.8.

KenPom has them as the 73rd ranked defense which makes them a prime candidate to get bounced early in March. So yeah their defense isn’t great. You can cherry pick into oblivion if that’s what you’re more interested in

If you had the choice would you want Rohde or Jabri

What Jabri is doing is like when a g leaguer gets called up and puts up stats on a team that is tanking.

4th year Rohde *projects to be (edited) a much more complete player than Jabri. Right now, it would depend on how much Jabri’s scoring could compensate for what we lose with Reece focusing more on facilitating and less driving as he’s the only playmaker and how much of Jabri’s scoring is just empty stats? Someone has to be their leading scorer.

Georgia (heavy Jabri usage) is currently 81 in the NET. UVA (Heavy Rohde usage) is currently 47 in the NET.

Basically my vote is Chance Mallory next year clears both

(edit: Rohde aint perfect but lets really fantasize LOL if we are trying to find someone else those minutes. Not Taine and Jabri. Reed Sheppard pls :sob: :sob: :sob: )

I wouldn’t mind Jabri over bond

Jabri’s stats are so weird. He’s somehow attempted twice as many FTs as 2Ps and his assist rate is as low as I’ve seen for a perimeter player. Shooting it well from 3 though. He’s got the profile of a spot up 3pt specialist, except for the high rate of foul drawing.
