Who in the league has really improved themselves now that portal season is about done? I have no idea what the league is gonna look like next season outside of Duke will probably be good. UNC Miami and VT I imagine will look pretty similar
I feel like for these intraconference transfers, there should be a gentleman’s rule that the receiving school tip the other a few $100k in the NIL collective.

247 does team rankings for portal recruiting, and UNC, NCSU, GT, us & Syracuse are in the top 17. No one else is in the top 45. Don’t think it includes Reid’s recent WF commit so they could move up.
