I get that the staff cooled on him recently, but I’d definitely rather see us than tech as window dressing. Also, when do we just cut our losses at PVI? Year after year we try and pull players from there only to fall short every time.

I appreciate the point behind the article but couldn’t help but laugh at using the picture of Shaka Smart with Tyler Kolek who came there as an immediately eligible transfer. Not the best pic to make your point.

Getting players and enhancing relationships in the DC, MD and VA area. Smart moves, and it’s not just about said players… keeping a solid pipeline is the move.

GTown doesn’t pay kids very similar to UVA in that regard. Cooley has a TON OF RESPECT in the Coaching ranks.

If TB decided to take an early retirement in the next 3-4 years, I wouldn’t have minded giving Cooley a strong look…but doubt he’d leave Georgetown that soon now.

Ha. I only tried to add something here cause I knew Jhavon when he was in HS with Luther M. I mean the dude was at my apartment a couple times
