I seem to like him more than Pearl as well but how in the heck is he getting three five stars and three four stars to Arkansas in one class? I think I may know the answer to that question so it’s mostly rhetorical but I wouldn’t think that school would have a big booster base. Maybe I’m wrong…

#Woopig is a very energetic fan base. They probably have donors plus $EC money lined up.
That in combination with Eric Musselman’s NBA experience but also his energy which kids love and his playstyle that appeals to these kids. Also has some tourney success (back to back elite 8s and some success at Nevada).

Thanks. Makes sense. Interesting the latest five star chose Musselman over Gonzaga, though, which was supposedly thought to be in the lead. I get Few doesn’t have that level of energy but he would get much more national exposure (at least in November and December and likely March…) at Gonzaga. But different factors always are part of the equation.
Edit: And I’m so happy the school I went to and root for doesn’t have #woopig as it’s hashtag, phrase, whatever.
The SEC NIL money pockets are deep. They have a lot of excess football money to throw around and operating costs for bball are very low compared to Football.
I actually like Arkansas style. It’s a higher paced version of Houston. Houston may be on e of the toughest teams in college bball. Those are play like LBackers.
