Tech thinks Mutts is very likely coming back and Alums could be joining him. NIL and the new transfer rules really working out in their favor.
Damn I was looking forward to them having to fill that massive void in the front court
Probably wishful thinking. If he wasn’t gonna get him at South Carolina, he won’t get him at UMass. But never hurts to ask! “Come be Lou Roe 2”
Couldn’t Aluma make money playing somewhere professionally?
One would think. Staying in college for 6 years is a wild move unless he got a boatload of cash from an NIL deal
Yeah, I would’ve thought Aluma could make money professionally. Maybe the overseas hoops market is a bit hard to predict at the moment.
No way he picks Duke over UNC after making info like this public lol.

Both going to Duke. Nice little haul they got going in the 2023 class to help a young up and comer try to prove himself against the college basketball powers…
Both are London Johnson’s teammates at the Nike Hoop Summit Team World
Good for him. Better than he showed at NC State.
Plenty of playing time there
So are we gonna get Jayden v Kenny Lofton when we play Houston?
Last second fly over bag drop by Phil Knight.
I also lol at how some kids in interviews directly say “It’s cool Nike is basically stationed out of Oregon”
Baylor freshman Jeremy Sochan, a projected lottery pick, will hire an agent and enter the 2022 NBA draft, he told ESPN.
New crystal ball from Travis at 247 (very reliable staffer) for Louisville. Only confidence level 6 but shows the shift in Louisville’s approach. Seems like our “Rival” is going to embrace the arms race lol. Can’t wait to smoke em at JPJ west for years to come.
All for an ACC team keeping talent away from other power 5 schools
As long as it’s not He Who Shall Not Be Named choosing a certain Durham institution, of course
Whenever I hear Carter Whitt’s name I think of this video. It’s so good and I don’t even like country lol

flip side of the the portal of kids from smaller schools to bigger ones is formerly highly ranked kids dropping down to a place where they should compete heavily.
Carter Whitt was such a tough guy to project in college. He played up at the 17U level for Boo Williams before his soph year, like a 2025 kid doing it this summer. And he was solid, held his own. But even as he got older, he was never super productive. You watched him and were like man that’s one cool customer, unflappable floor general. But then if someone asks what he does well? There was never an obvious answer haha
