I kinda assume that schools are usually aware of their recruits’ desire and ability to reclass, so it’s interesting if UNC filling all their ‘22 spots is really what’s causing some friction. Shouldn’t this have been a conversation they’ve had a while ago?

If I’m Hubert, I’d make the gamble. Even if you know GG might want to reclass and taking Nance would probably piss GG off, if Nance can materially increase the chances you go to 2 Final 4’s in your first two years (and I think he does), then you make that gamble every time. You won’t always have Bacot, Love, Davis coming back as upperclassmen.

Checked the UNC Board. Family declined to comment on the rumors and even the mods say it’s wait and see to see if there is any truth to it

Even if it is a troll from the Duke mod, it’s worked. UNC fans on their 247 board have already moved on from him and are accusing his family of being dishonest to the UNC coaching staff.
