Just saying Tari Eason was a high level transfer but still came off the bench and was LSU’s 6th man.
Also Texas had like so many high level transfers off their bench.
They also play a faster pace to mitigate against them climbing off the bench

Yeah I mean only 5 players can play at a time, but we didn’t even get Taine and Igor minutes this year, which to me says they weren’t “talented enough” to get on the floor… I just hope that we can *prove to transfers that they do have an opportunity play a lot ie: Trey Murphy so that they feel comfortable committing here…And actually our transfer do VERY well here.

I thought one theory was that this is Bond. Leon Bond. Won’t need/demand much PT. Will need some time to get bigger and adjust to college game. Etc.
That’s our high upside athletic post. And we don’t need immediate help in the post until we find out someone is leaving.
Just seems to we have our immediate needs filled. We have our longer term, higher upside guys. So what do we need from the portal? Imo, nothing, unless you get a Hauser type who absolutely wants to come, and then you risk the downside. Otherwise, IMO, not worth it. (But now I guess I’m just repeating myself)

Yeah we are full next year which is the complete opposite of this past season, *but I suppose that TB still sees some holes, otherwise we wouldn’t be mentioned with any of these players…However we don’t *currently have a proven stretch 4/3 on the team, but Isaac has potential, and so do Dunn & Bond.

Up until a certain point and then we were like “nah”.
When a 5 star in Richmond isn’t getting Roy or K’s attention something is up. Although Hubert did try to get his attention when he took over UNC and NIL is a thing now. And close to home with a possible Armando Bacot hole to fill. But im betting Georgetown.
As @HoozGotNext says, in this day and age as a big you have to either protect the rim or shoot the three well. Ideally both. He does neither and his slow ass would get stuck on our hedges so badly.

The story seems to be we were interested until the recruitment became a little more, uh, complicated, at which point we completely backed out. So we weren’t a player at the end.

Arkansas fans are hilarious. They don’t even have roster space, let alone scholarships.
